Reykafitti: Street-art in Reykjavik

The thing with graffiti is that it’s usually hidden in a hip neighbourhood, and any budding appreciators have to walk a lot and peek down alleyways to find the best examples. But for lazy asses like me, is perfect as all the best stuff is closer than your next Starbucks in a major city. Today I am sharing a selection of street-art that you will run into when you walk from one side of the Icelandic capital to the other. Of course, if you don’t get too distracted by all the wool jumper, art design and ski-wear shops. Just to make sure you don’t forget me (I put the ‘Tea’ in ‘Tea was Here’), I may have inserted myself into some street art in an attempt to get a new Facebook profile photo, sadly, the publisher turned down my book idea of ‘Where’s Tea?’, but I won’t give up!
